Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after buying your item to request a return.

Eligibility 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at help@tychell.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We understand the importance of receiving your order safely and on time. This policy outlines our procedure for handling lost or missing packages.

Our Responsibility:

We are responsible for ensuring your order is carefully picked, packed, and shipped from our warehouse. Once your order is handed over to the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS), responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Lost or Missing Packages:

If your tracking information indicates your package is lost or missing, we recommend the following steps:

  • Contact the Carrier: File a claim directly with the carrier as they are best equipped to locate the package.
  • Contact Us: After contacting the carrier, please let us know about the situation. We will do our best to assist you by providing any necessary documentation or contacting the carrier on your behalf.

Refunds for Lost or Missing Packages:

We cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. However, depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement through the carrier's insurance.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. A small restocking fee may be deducted to handle processing and shipping. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take from 3-7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Buyer Responsibility for Correct Address

The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. It is essential to double-check the shipping address before submitting the order.

Incorrect Address Fees

If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the following fees:

  • Reshipping Fee: A fee will be charged to cover the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address. The amount of the fee will be equal to the original shipping cost.
  • Handling Fee: An additional handling fee may be applied to cover administrative costs associated with the address correction.

Payment of Fees

The customer must pay the reshipping and handling fees before the item can be resent. Payment options will be provided to the customer upon notification of the incorrect address.

Restocking Fee 

To ensure fair use of our free shipping, a restocking fee may be applied to orders where customers purchase multiple sizes or variations of an item with the intent to return the unfitting ones. This helps us manage costs associated with excessive returns. 10 to 15 % of restocking fee may apply. 

Order Cancellation

If the customer is unwilling to pay the required fees, the order may be canceled, and a refund issued, minus any applicable restocking fees.

If the customer wants to cancel the order in this case a restocking fee will apply.
