We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible! In most cases, your order will be shipped within 1 business day of your purchase. However, please note that some items may take longer to ship due to availability or location.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-12 business days after your order is shipped. This timeframe may vary depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Not all products qualify for expedited shipping. We will clearly indicate which products can be expedited at checkout

Important Notes:

  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 pm EST may not ship until the next business day.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Orders with Priority before 4:00 pm EST will be send same day. 

Availability

We do our best to ensure accurate inventory levels on our website. However, in rare cases, an item may be unavailable even after you place your order. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss options, which may include a full refund, fulfillment from a different location, or an offer to wait for the item to become available. 

Buyer Responsibility for Correct Address

The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. It is essential to double-check the shipping address before submitting the order.

Incorrect Address Fees

If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the following fees:

  • Reshipping Fee: A fee will be charged to cover the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address. The amount of the fee will be equal to the original shipping cost.
  • Handling Fee: An additional handling fee may be applied to cover administrative costs associated with the address correction.

Payment of Fees

The customer must pay the reshipping and handling fees before the item can be resent. Payment options will be provided to the customer upon notification of the incorrect address.

Order Cancellation

If the customer is unwilling to pay the required fees, the order may be canceled, and a refund issued, minus any applicable restocking fees.
